Failed to deliver as promised. First issue was with payment terms that changed from agreement to invoicing. Jimmy guarantied the weeds would not come back and if they did he would spray a second time. The weeds came back and he never fulfilled the terms of the agreement. Last, we agreed on a refund which he never sent. DO NOT USE!!!!
