-10 STARS ! Dropped my saw off 4 weeks ago . they said going to be like a week for parts and maybe a week for the repair and i was good with that . No communiction at all i had to make contact a few times went and got my saw back . if you live out here take your stuff to Magnolia hardware !
I have bought a few things now here and the owner is always super nice and willing to help. They are super busy often, but that alone shows they are trusted by the community. My advice is to try and shop on any day but friday, or sat.
Negative stars.. not even the decency to call or text someone that the mower is ready. Rude customer service. It's so hard to get people to even answer the phone.. don't recommend this place..
