It seems this branch is trying to improve, as they now have a reception desk. I had laser hair removal. It worked! I never thought my unwanted hair would go away for good. (Thick, course mediterranean stuff.) That's a tremendously liberating thing. (So far, so good..) But it definitely took more than six treatments. The technicians who work there are polite and punctual (with one or two exceptions whom I believe management will MANAGE into improving their performance and attitude, or wisely let go.)
