Absolutely the WORST customer service experience of my entire life. I cannot believe how horrible, rude and unprofessional the employees are there. Ive never seen anything like this ever. So, I made an appt for a Saturday, they called a few days before and cancelled me and we re-scheduled for the following week. Funny i said the same thing "roped in" to Angelina Suk the office manager while she tried to manipulate me into another contract! She laughed at my comment to her assistant but seems she was probably just surprised to hear what is most likely a common response to their brand of BS! I was roped into a contract with American Laser for laser hair removal. They were extremely pushy and told me that I had a guarantee for 2 year to be hair free. Well that guarantee is completely false. The extremely high price compare to another clinic downstairs is already built into the guarantee. Meaning they already charge you for treatments that you may or may not need after 6. Do not spend your money @ this company. They will offer you a "free" treatment. Then if you decide you want to purchase you will put a down payment down or set up a pay plan or pay in full. What they dont tell you is once you take this "free" treatment, if you decide you do not want the package afterall, they will NOT give you a refund. This is definately not a Customer comes 1st company. Oh and if you dont qualify for their care credit program they are instructed by their regional manager to have you pull out your cellphone... read more

I have to say, as a national customer of alc, I have been very happy with the company, staff, and service that I have received at various clinics in the nation- including the clinic at ft Walton beach. I travel a lot with my job and they have bent over backwards to accommodate me at several of their locations. The employees there are always helpful and the treatments have been amazing! In fact, I just added on my lower legs after a free trial treatment! I expressed interest & the manager in ft Walton was able to squeeze me i... read more

I LOVE American Laser! I have been getting treatments there for almost three years now. I started with my hairy lip and now Im getting my arms and underarms done. The people there have always been so nice to me. I have never felt pressured into anything there unlike other places I have been to. I was given a very clear contract to read and when I signed it, it did state that once I received my first treatment I could not get a refund, so I knew what I was getting into.
