no one ever answers the phone!!!! it is extremely frustrating....
I've been going to the Long Beach center now for almost two years in February. The machines are slow. The staff is friendly. They were trying to sell all the time but they've slowed in my experience, thank god. I love the results of the treatment. Unfortunately, they are always booked. I need to get in there to maximize my plan and my appointments are always pushed back anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks sometimes. That is absurd. I started coming here the beggining of the year, I'm getting the laser hair removal, and a few session for the Vella shape, I am very happy with the results I yet have alot more sessions to go for the laser hair removal but so far the results are amazing, Very pleased. I got the Vela shape package, for my postpartum tummy, which has been very difficult for me to loose, so far I have gone for 5 sessions and I have seen great results, cellulite has greatly diminished, my tummy is flatter, and best of all tighter :) very happy,... read more

The treatment itself works wonderfully! It's somewhat painful, but the results are well worth it. Regarding the location, one of the nurses is AWFUL! She has reiterated that I get too much sun exposure, but I do everything and anything that I can to avoid getting sun exposure in order for her to stop talking to me about it.
