We live at Braircliff East Townhouses in Reseda. Our association chose American Heritage Landscapers to tend to our lawns and foliage. They must be being paid the minimum amount because they do the minimum amount of work. They mow over large branches and leave the stripped branch on the lawn when you would think they would pick up the branches first.
