I like to share my experience about America Landmark. Rented Apartment from October 2024 to October 2025. Moved out the Apartment and had three hundred thirty three dollar positive balance. Only received one hundred thirty three of balance. The District Manager Sara L. Corrected the problem and got me my money. They didnt even own property any longer. Great Services.
Pia at The Reve is awful. Never answers phone or emails. I moved onto a different complex eventually.
It’s ZERO stars for me. Mezza premier apartments are terrible, units and complex is filthy, they don’t care enough to even complete a walk through before you move in. 0/10, property manager offered no solutions and doesn’t respond to texts, emails, nor calls and is somehow always out of office for days at a time. Now that I want my lease terminated 3 days after receiving my keys, nobody’s available.
Very bad company
I’m a resident in a Charlotte, NC. I have been trying to resolve an issue with a tenant that also works for the complex, they make noise and play loud music after quiet hours, this has been going on for months and management does not do anything, obviously because the lady works with the leasing office
