Very bad company
I’m a resident in a Charlotte, NC. I have been trying to resolve an issue with a tenant that also works for the complex, they make noise and play loud music after quiet hours, this has been going on for months and management does not do anything, obviously because the lady works with the leasing office
We were tenants in one of their properties and had to vacate due to black mold, a crumbling balcony, severe mildew, and completely unsealed windows—all of which made the unit unsafe and uninhabitable and a financial money pit with the excessive utility fees due to the ongoing issues at the property. All of their properties have issues and I would never recommend a friend to rent from them again - management is unhelpful and lies about what they tell their residents Make sure you get all communications in writing to prove they lied when they screw you over
