All of their properties have issues and I would never recommend a friend to rent from them again - management is unhelpful and lies about what they tell their residents Make sure you get all communications in writing to prove they lied when they screw you over

Alarmes de incêndio que disparam a qualquer horário e sem motivo, sem aparente solução… ninguém resolvem, ontem 11/30 disparou as 5:45am e hoje 12/01 às 2:59, nem bombeiro vem desligar, é sempre alarme falso. Outro ponto que deixa a desejar é que você pede manutenção, dizem que foi feito, e não fazem, meu filtro da geladeira não foi trocado….
