THE REVE APARTMENT IS TERRIBLE! Absolutely terrible management and predatory towing! We have lived in this apartment complex for three full years and have always paid our rent on time. am sharing my experience to warn others about what I went through with this apartment in Kendall. From the beginning, I was given information that I later found to be misleading. I was told details about pricing and flexibility that influenced my decision, but once my money was paid, everything changed. I like to share my experience about America Landmark. Rented Apartment from October 2024 to October 2025. Moved out the Apartment and had three hundred thirty three dollar positive balance. Only received one hundred thirty three of balance. The District Manager Sara L. Corrected the problem and got me my money. They didnt even own property any longer. Great Services.
