There have been some improvements at Black Canyon Campground. Camped September 15th thru 18th. We were hoping to get the "HANDICAPPED" double site along the river. It is the only one designated for "HANDICAPPED USE" located on the river and completely paved for wheelchairs and walkers. Guess who had the spot? American Land and Leisure!!! I just have no other words to say except THAT IS NOT OKAY!!
These people are so rude and overly forceful while altering information. Just mean. And the campground they're running right now, Packard, is a total disaster! Fallen trees everywhere! Trees still randomly falling and all they care about is opening and making money! They are not clearing or repairing anything, just cut a walkway and leave it. Someone could get hit by a tree anytime! Shameful!
This company needs to be investigated for assault, one of your employees ran over my foot today with a company vehicle and then proceeded to blame me. Multiple people saw his behavior as well as the behavior by a self identified Latina employee who was nothing short of despicable behavior and after I requested they radio a LEO their behaviors enhanced, they harassed me for over 5 mins in front of a group of well over 20+ Patron, waiting to walk up to the hot spring.
