Please be cautious if you’re considering buying a home through American Land & Capital LLC. We purchased a home from them last September, and our closing contract clearly stated that landscaping was included in the purchase. Unfortunately, the landscaper they hired turned out to be unprofessional and unreliable—he has no legitimate business website even and will not complete the work.
