Please don’t ever do business with this credit union. I usually make my payment through co op meaning I go into a different credit union and pay my car note. Which was a great option, but amid this pandemic and having four children it has been hard to leave the house and keep in mind my co op branch is closed. Yes. ALCU waived the one time fee of paying over the phone but one time only. I am trying to keep my bills paid on time but I refuse to pay the fee especially if I’m not able to make a payment through my usual routine.
I just spoke to Trina about the $25 fee that the banks are imposing in response to closing the branches during the Covid-19 pandemic. Needless to say, I won't be getting my money back even though the branch near me doesn't have drive-through services and the bank isn't open for in-person payments. We had no choice but to call in our payment (she did say that it's not "her fault" we don't have an online account!) Doesn't follow through. Can not get ahold of anyone. They have redone this page several times from all the bad reviews. It's no wonder.
Good, Simple Products with low rates and fewer fees. Great service at the Lakewood Office.
