Always great to work with, use them frequently, never a bad experience
Werner 12 ft tripod ladder cracked after a year of use. They told me the $500 ladder I bought from them a year and a half ago is out of warranty. They could not provide me with a receipt to send to the manufacturer for warranty claims. It looks like I have to buy a new ladder, definitely not going here to buy it or any other equipment that I will need in the future.
