Mario, Yosser and Maria are great, the 3rd party salesman that helped us was not honest about what we were getting for $1900, we thought we were getting the whole truck, and were actually buying only 300 cubic ft. in a shared truck with 2 other peoples stuff. Our packing list is for a 3 bedroom house… lol. Let me be clear, it is not their fault, we booked through 2movers. American Knights went above and beyond in helping to move us on the day before Christmas! Maria & Jennifer were very helpful in coordinating the logistics to make it a seemless, stress free move. The movers were prompt & curteous. They took time to carefully prepar & pack all of our large & fragile items. Would highly recommend American Knights for anyone wanting a reasonably priced, stress free move.

We used American Knights for our move from Chicago to Houston and honestly, they were amazing. We were super overwhelmed with how much we had to pack, and their team showed up and just took control in the best way. They spent almost 12 hours helping us pack everything up and were professional the whole time. Communication was great from start to finish. I gave the 2 stars because Jennifer, the associate who initially helped me set up this service was an absolute dream! She was so polite and informative. She was very quick to respond when I asked questions and just overall was such a pleasure to work with. The crew who came to pick up my things in Houston worked very quickly and efficiently, with the exception of one of the movers attempting to prop his foot up on my boxed TV to tie his shoe, everything was good. They are the worst company to hire for moving across the state. They have had my furniture since September 24th and it is now October 2nd. Apparently , it's still in the warehouse in Houston. When you call, they give don't you any answers as to why or any estimate time of when they will deliver you furniture. I was told I'd have my stuff on Friday by the crew that picked up my furniture.
