We used American Knights for our move from Chicago to Houston and honestly, they were amazing. We were super overwhelmed with how much we had to pack, and their team showed up and just took control in the best way. They spent almost 12 hours helping us pack everything up and were professional the whole time. Communication was great from start to finish. I gave the 2 stars because Jennifer, the associate who initially helped me set up this service was an absolute dream! She was so polite and informative. She was very quick to respond when I asked questions and just overall was such a pleasure to work with. The crew who came to pick up my things in Houston worked very quickly and efficiently, with the exception of one of the movers attempting to prop his foot up on my boxed TV to tie his shoe, everything was good. They are the worst company to hire for moving across the state. They have had my furniture since September 24th and it is now October 2nd. Apparently , it's still in the warehouse in Houston. When you call, they give don't you any answers as to why or any estimate time of when they will deliver you furniture. I was told I'd have my stuff on Friday by the crew that picked up my furniture. Again, here we are and no furniture. I have an elderly father who has been sleeping in my car since hotels are getting pricey, and we were ... read more

My move went awesome. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with. We had to. Change our.moving dates like 6 times which was very frustrating. Jennifer was right there for us though all the turmoil. Moving time finally came and we couldn't have asked for a.better moving team. I wish I remembered or could find their names. They carefully packed all of our stuff to include an early 1900's kitchen cabinet. It got delivered on time and absolutely nothing was broken. They were very courteous and careful moving things. We just used this company for a local move and they did an excellent job. The movers were friendly and very careful with our items. Moving is a stressful experience, so it’s very helpful to have good movers!
