I gave the 2 stars because Jennifer, the associate who initially helped me set up this service was an absolute dream! She was so polite and informative. She was very quick to respond when I asked questions and just overall was such a pleasure to work with. The crew who came to pick up my things in Houston worked very quickly and efficiently, with the exception of one of the movers attempting to prop his foot up on my boxed TV to tie his shoe, everything was good. We just used this company for a local move and they did an excellent job. The movers were friendly and very careful with our items. Moving is a stressful experience, so it’s very helpful to have good movers!

Jennifer was very responsive and very efficient. She followed up with us throughout the moving process. She was much more responsive than another moving company that we had used 3 times prior. Lazaro, Melvin, and Fernando worked had moving over a four day period. Three others helped out on one day. They word hard and were efficient. They kept to the schedule, arriving promptly in the morning and finishing each day at a reasonable hour. The move went smoothly with no major issues. We would use them again. If I could give this company -5 I would! They were horrible. Boxes arrived late. When the truck arrived I had smashed and tore boxes. A lot of broken items and a lot of my things were missing! The guys who unloaded the truck did a horrible job unloading my things and putting them in my storage! I have to file a claim now. I don’t recommend you using this company for anything!! Just a few pictures of how they handled my things!

They wrapped my furniture in thick blankets and plastic to avoid any scratches. I was especially impressed with how they handled my fragile kitchen items. They took time to carefully wrap each plate and cup, placing them in separate boxes for extra protection. The team was efficient and fast, and everything arrived safely at my new home. It was the most seamless moving experience I’ve ever had.
