I go here for iLoveKickboxing.com's kickboxing classes. The classes are a lot of fun and you really see results. I have gotten both thinner and stronger since I joined. It is the first time I enjoyed exercising. The instructors are great motivators and really care about you as a person.

If your looking for a fun and great workout then i would definitely recommend the ILoveKickboxing program. I've been doing the ILoveKickboxing program for about 2 years now and love doing it. The classes are a lot of fun and the instructors are very motivating. I would highly recommend trying it out, once you do you'll be glad that you did. I went from a size 10 down to a size 4 -6 and I feel more fit and toned then I have in a long time.

ILoveKickboxing! Not only is that the name of what I do but it is how I feel about what I do. I tell people I started kick boxing and with confused faces they ask if I like it and I am quick to answer with I LOVE KICKBOXING.
