I wish his son and daughter would stop nagging their when he wants too buy items that can make a profit on. Example: he made a $4000.00 profit off a car that took three years for a buyer and the son and daughter acted like it was nothing. Look, he owns the place and can do whatever he wants period.

I watch the show everytime it is on and love it. I think Les has done a great job of building up a great business. the thing is people that come into a pawn shop do not have to leave their stuff,they chose to do so and the shop has to make money on the product so get it for as little as possible. I use to go to the pawn shops all the time and am in shape enough I do not need to do that anymore. Stay away from ashley. When les is gone so is the store, His kids fighting is his downfall! I remember les 32yrs. ago he was a go getter.

My house was broken into and I found some of my things for sale in this store. My poilce report details all of the things that were taken from me including serial numbers and model numbers. I even have my name engraved on my camera. This company has dirty practices.

I enjoy watching the show; however, I think they low-ball people when they buy things from customers. They don't want to shell out the money to buy merchandise but they sure in hell milk customers for every last penny to make a sell. Don't get me wrong I understand it's a business and they're in it to make money but don't take advantage of people. I purchased an item directly from the store a few nights ago. The next morning I checked my account status to assure everything went smoothly. There was an issue with the sales page and log-in , so the lady who answered the phone sent me to Rich. I was put on hold for him to investigate the problem and was accidentally disconnected when someone else picked up. I called back and they sent me to Seth. I took my rings around to different stores but American gave me the most! Dont waste your time at the other shops, American will just flat out beat them.
