I needed a new battery for my watch. I expected to pay. I was VERY surprised, I was not charged.
I went in to buy a new necklace for a turquoise pendant. The clasp had broken multiple times so I did not think it could be repaired. The very nice people at the American Jewelry Company fixed the clasp at NO CHARGE. While we were waiting, my husband and I browsed their selection. GORGEOUS jewelry! I highly recommend checking them out when looking for yourself or others.
The team here was amazing! My fiance and I were on vacation and my ring needed resized. They did it for me same day and it was reasonable priced and they did a beautiful job with it!
I had a great experience at American Jewelry. I just went to get a few links taken out of my watch bracelet, but I had a great experience. They got me in-and-out in less than 10 minutes and were incredibly personable. Ciara was fantastic and really made the process seamless. Stop by and see them!
