I needed my engagement ring resized and found American Jewelry. Everyone’s positive reviews influenced my decision to choose them, and I was not disappointed! I felt like it was still a little too loose the first time they sized it down (it wasn’t anyone’s fault, just my personal preference after I tried it on) and I asked if they could go down a little more. Did fantastic work enlarging a milgrain ring with a brushed center. Somehow they were able to perfectly match both the milgrain and the brush pattern. Very happy with the work, turn around time, and reasonable price.
This jewelry store was exemplary… because I had brought my broken earring to a previous jewelry store in the Target mall on Old Hickory and that jewelry store wouldn’t even try to fix my earring… I decided to try American Jewelry and received the best customer service! They cleaned my earrings and repaired it for a reasonable price! I recommend at least going in and talking with them!!!
