Do not use them!!! Our fence fell apart in less than a year! Contacted them about it, they said they will send someone over… NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP TO FIX IT!!!
Your company's unethical behavior will not go unnoticed for long. I intend to file a formal complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state agency. He started a fence job for a referral stopped answering the phone, lied multiple times about completion date and finally my referral hired someone else. I felt awful referring him after this experience. It is unacceptable for someone to play with people's hard-earned money without providing the promised product or service.
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever hired. The owner Dean and his company were hired the beginning of February. The fence is still not up. Posts are up but only a few pickets. The owner will not return calls or texts. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
