Drove all the way from Davenport, after speaking with them on the phone only to show up and have them tell me that their hourly rate for labor would make it not worth it to even look at it and try to fix it. Information that could have been conveyed on the phone before I spent 45 minutes driving there and 45 minutes driving back. Then he tried to sell me a $600 scooter after it was obvious I was trying to save money by fixing up the old one.

Great people. They're a little slow on time. If you use your bike for work, they take a little bit to get the job done, but they do good work.
Wow The Customer Service Is Amazing 🤩 I had a slow leak on my Euybike K6 Pro Max. I took it to Crossroad Cycles and They fixed my rim and tires quick fast. I had been working a lot and I hadn’t installed my tire back on my bike for about 3 weeks. I didn’t want my rim and tire to offset. So I decided to let the Pros Handle Fixing My Tire. After my wife's 10-month old Lectric Xpress took a spill off of our bike rack (my failure to properly secure it to the rack!) on the way back from a ride, I contacted Gary at Crossroads as his shop is an authorized Lectric repair shop to order the parts and make the necessary repairs.
