This is the most clean and aesthetically pleasing gym that I have ever been to! It has all the equipment to successfully body build, powerlift, stretch, and improve cardiovascular health. The atmosphere is great and the fellow gym goers are the nicest! I always felt safe going at night, as it’s a 24/7 gym. There are cameras at the front to check on your car for safety. Very nice gym, my only issues are the tvs that don’t play anything besides news or sports. Music is way too loud. I wish it had a sauna or steam room or something like that. Back in 2021 at the old location they had really cool motivational YouTube videos playing and I liked that difference. Not so many influencers recording. Which is okay but it’s so common now. I miss the way it was when I first joined the natural lighting at the old place was amazing too.

American Iron Barbell Gym is an excellent place to train. The gym has a serious, no-nonsense atmosphere with quality equipment that’s well maintained and perfect for strength training. It’s clean, not overcrowded, and the members and staff are respectful and supportive. If you’re looking for a real gym focused on results rather than trends, this is the place. Highly recommend for anyone serious about lifting.

For the past like 4-5 months every time I go to lift I get rust all over my clothes and hands, and recently it’s been smelling like feet bad Update: it doesn’t smell bad anymore but still got hella rust on the bars and dumbbells
