Definitely a place you would miss off the main road. Hidden gem is an understatement. The dark to light contrast chef kiss. Not crowded at all during the day no weight on the weights. Only thing this gym is missing is a sauna 10/10 I recommend.

This is the most clean and aesthetically pleasing gym that I have ever been to! It has all the equipment to successfully body build, powerlift, stretch, and improve cardiovascular health. The atmosphere is great and the fellow gym goers are the nicest! I always felt safe going at night, as it’s a 24/7 gym. There are cameras at the front to check on your car for safety. Very nice gym, my only issues are the tvs that don’t play anything besides news or sports. Music is way too loud. I wish it had a sauna or steam room or something like that. Back in 2021 at the old location they had really cool motivational YouTube videos playing and I liked that difference. Not so many influencers recording. Which is okay but it’s so common now. I miss the way it was when I first joined the natural lighting at the old place was amazing too.
