Quality company. Professionalism comes to mind when I think of American Integrity Restoration. Being a Member Company of DKI that also makes them one of the best restoration companies in their area and part of the largest restoration group in the world.
Not happy. Have been waiting 2 months to have someone start repair process after water damage. No return calls from anyone several times. .... very dissatisfied.
I have had several issues with water leaks in my home and have used American Integrity Restoration each time. They are punctual, reliable, and have always completely taken care of the issues. They handled the insurance paperwork and explained the process thoroughly so we had no questions. I can't recommend Steve and his crew enough! Thanks so much!
