100% go servpro. I saw how horrible the repairs were in my friends condo first hand. They are also very unprofessional with how they handle irate customers. I would be livid if a company left my home the way they left my friends. She works very hard for her money and deserved the work to be completed correctly.
Go SERVPRO. I wish I had. I feel as though I may have jumped the gun choosing to go with this company. Adam with Mitigation was great and very professional. Tina and Amber were great and compassionate. They are 2 girls that basically handle all of your contents. To ask that of only 2 people is a lot in my opinion. RecommendedMy basement flooded this past Monday and within 24 hours AIR had equipment in my basement drying it up. Next day they came and create a throw out pile and a keep pile. They made it so easy. I would definitely recommend using them during your next emergency.

I experienced storm related lightning/electrical damage that caused a socket fire, blew out a computer, monitor, computer sound system, 2 florescent light racks, 2 fans, light bulbs and possibly damaged my wiring,circuit breaker box and furnace early October 17. Fred and Nick were prompt, courteous and respectful! They did a great job and could not have been more professional. When I called early in the morning, A.I.R. was the only company to respond, and were at my house in an hour.
