If you have an old boiler Mike had better be your first call. We had a bunch of HVAC companies come out to look at our old boiler. Every one of them said it was at the end of its useful life then pushed us on replacing it. Some even went so far as to tell us multiple components were shot and would have to be replaced to get it to work again.
