I am a maintenance tech at a new facility in San Clemente, our building is only 2 years old and already have a problem with windows. I've talked with Heidi for the last 3 months and have been given the run around. they sent a person to measure the window 2 months ago and have yet to hear from them, even after repeated phone calls and messages left. I have been attempting to have my windows repaired under the warranty clause for over 3 months. I have had someone come out and identify the windows with the failed seals and the technician went through the entire house to determine other seal failures. He found 29 windows with seal failures. I now have been waiting for 3 months to have the windows replaced. I have had 2 appointments for the installation that the technician has failed to show up. Every time I call I get another answer.
