Dealing with the health exchange was a complete nightmare giving me a migraine. Andy was the best. He always answered any questions I had and I had some due to moving to AZ a new state with different insurance. He was patient and did not make me feel dumb asking any question. He gave good info and helped to make sure I was not getting the wrong insurance. I would definitely recommend Andy anytime.
