This is only directed at Progressive not this local business. I signed up for Progressive Insurance and provided all information requested. I received notification within a few weeks that my policy had been canceled. I called them and after much time on the phone and them reviewing the call I made when I setup my insurance they agreed that I had indeed done what was requested of me on that call. We have insurance there. It is on 6th Avenue which is one of the busiest streets in Decatur. They will not let you in to discuss business. They have a side window open about 3 inches that you have to talk to the woman through- in the current weather- which that day was 91 degrees. You can't hear or understand one word being said due to the glass dividing plus all of the traffic noise I am currently shopping for new insurance and this is one of the reasons why. AWFUL customer service
