My husband went for a sleep study. He wasn’t able to sleep at all. The bed mattress was full of lumps and extremely hard. He asked for water since he was thirsty and they didn’t even have bottled water. When they told him he could go home they told him that no towels were available to clean himself off. He had to rush home and jump in the shower because of how sticky he was. If a zero could be given this is it! Found this diamond in the rough by accident. Customer service is amazing. The price for the study is even more amazing $600. Facility is clean, quiet and cozy and staffed with a skilled technician. What's even more telling is the fact that the doctor's behind this sleep study are some well known names in the business. I do recommend this facility for those who have to pay for a sleep study out of pocket.
This place is ridiculous!! They strung me along for 2 months. At first they tried to send me to Miami Lakes and I actually live miles away in Homestead. Then they switch me to Kendall which was fine although they took a month to do it. After another month I receive an appointment and paperwork in the mail. The DAY BEFORE MY SLEEP STUDY THEY CALL ME ME AND SAY THAT THEY DON'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE!!!! No apology or suggestions for me to contact another company. Losers!!!
