An employee at this company put in my HVAC unit and completely scammed me out of the warranty, it shut off 5 months after installation mid-winter and the employee refused to honor the labor warranty. Said he was coming after I reached out and then blocked my phone number after several attempts to reach out. I have a newborn and we slept in the house when it was 42 degrees... This speaks to how ethical this company is. Despicable to their clients and would STRONGLY suggest choosing someone else for your needs.
Immoral company. A member of their service team put in my family's HVAC. Shortly after, it shut off in mid-winter. After contacting the member that installed the unit, he ensured that he would come same day to honor the 1 year labor warranty. After providing our address and how urgent it was with a newborn, the employee blocked our numbers and did not contact us again.
