The agent Gary Lewis Charles was very well spoken had a nice voice easy to talk to. The thing I appreciate the most was the fact that he explained everything and before moving to the next subject make sure I understood before proceeding. He even asked questions that I didn't think to ask myself even though it's his job he makes you feel like he cares about your life insurance policy just as much as you do great agent!!
