I hate bait and switch. We were discussing our wills and how to fill them out. Next thing I knew we were being told about insurance and how much it will cost us and kept us on the phone for over an hour. If we wanted life insurance, burial insurance or anything related to insurance we would have gone and talked to our agent. The point is don't bait people and then be a very pushy salesman.
