I’m very disappointed with the company and their customer service and agents. One star is very generous. Last person I spoke to just did not care, No one cares and they all answer the same way. It takes them over 20 min to answer and they do not resolve the problem.
DO TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY!! I got life insurance thru them 4 years ago for myself and my family. After having another child I wanted to get her a policy as well... this is where everything went wrong. Worst life insurance company ever. Took five days to get a number that is still active.
I found much better coverage for half the price at NWM and called to cancel months ago. They said no problem and then charged me, called again tand now there is magic paperwork i have to do that they won't send me. Even though they will send my bills to a different adress than I have given them so they can keep trying to steal my money. These people are scam artists and not to be trusted
