I am a client of "American Image", for over ten years ,have always been treated good by the staff. And always have been pleased. Ted (the owner) is a man of his word. I guess though some people would complain if you hung them with a new rope. satisfied client.

SUPER NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE ANYWERE!!! – Hi My name is Thomas "Tommy" I have been to just about every hair replacent center in Washington in my 27 years of doing hair replacement I have NEVER found a better place! Ted and his team is second to none. There attention to detail is superb they make you feel like family. As you may know it
Appearances Are Deceiving – AI had a very nice staff. It is a very nice, upscale space. They stylists are very upbeat and friendly, with varying ranges of talent. They are not highly experienced in high-end hair replacement styling. They are sent off to an intensive school for a week or they get OJT from staff stylists who have gone to the AI program.
