The move was from the Buffalo, NY area to the Gulf Coast of Florida. Everything was seamless - every crew was on time, polite, and worked non-stop. My 'stuff' arrived early - too early if possible. The driver was understanding and waited until the next day for me. I owe a special thank you to this driver. He was in charge of my possessions the entire route - his name is Alan McAvoy. Allied - this man is a gem! Thank you to everyone who was involved in my move - excellent job!

In the 12 moves we have had over my career, Excel provided the best move we have ever had. The company personnel were knowledgeable, polite, efficient, hardworking and diligent. The packing crew did a fantastic job of packing and labeling all the items in the house with this being the first move where nothing arrived broken or damaged. Wow, I am so disappointed in this company. I got a "does not exceed" bid from them to do my move and was quoted a very low price. Skeptical with the price, about $1k lower than the competition, I gave the green light. While I was waiting, I asked the owner what would happen if after their 8 hours he had scheduled passed and there was still work to be done and he told me he would have to charge me more. I AGREE!!I – I agree with the other review! I didn't even want to give them 1 star! They don't care about customer service and hire idiots to load your furnishings. They DO stall when you have a complaint. Then if you go to BBB, they furnish false information to support their claims. If I ever had to move again, I would also go with a big, reputable company who knows how to treat their customers in good AND bad situations. Albert Moving is a JOKE!
Worst Movers Ever! – The move was estimated to take 6 to 7 hours with 3 men. The original estimated charge was $620 and was charged to my credit card prior to the move. The 3 men showed up at 9 AM, immediately the main mover and driver started vomiting in my house, on my yard and on my driveway. He staggered back to the truck and passed out. I called the office multiple times to get another person out to my home for the move. At first, this request was refused and I was told that I wouldn't be charged for 3 men. I told them ... read more
