My Mom has been a resident at American House Zephyrhills for a year. The facility is lovely, the staff is warm and caring. The residents are clearly the top priority. We researched several Assisted Living facilities in our area and American House stands out as exceptional. We appreciate all that is done for residents and families. Though never an easy decision to moved a loved one to Assisted Living, American House was the perfect choice. We are so pleased and highly recommend!

After touring many assisted living communities we decided on American House in Zephyrhills for my mom. As soon as we walked in for the 1st time for a tour we felt so comfortable. It was clean, inviting and all the staff we met were very kind. Mom has now lived there for the past 15 months and has adjusted very nicely. To be honest it was rough the first few months but that was not the fault of American House or its staff. It just took mom awhile to "find her way". My father 88 was recently a resident of American House Zephyrhills. He was only there a year. Things started out well except their food was horrible- definitely not a chef as advertised. He recently passed and in his last days when I needed more help and compassion it was a BIG 0, My dad died unexpectedly of Lung cancer and ended up in the hospital 3 times in 2 months. American House Zephyrhills is a beautiful reminder that at any stage of life new memories can be made, community can be established and home is where the heart is. Walk through the doors and it is obvious that this is a special place.

My father needed additional support after my mom passed. Keaton at American House was supportive and helpful throughout the process of making the transition. I cannot say enough positives about the staff. They truly care, everyone has been helpful. They also keep us informed of any changes or updates. They consistently monitored his progress including medications management, and leveled off the support as he improved. My father is better because of the support they have provided.
