The grounds are lovely and so is the facility with lots of activities and a whole floor of gameplay like basketball, pool, shuffle board, miniature shuffle board, ping pong, and exercise equipment, a baby grand Piano, and huge fireplaces. The team is friendly except for the dining room team captain.
Many thanks to Darlene, both Marilyns, Shelly, Z, Carlo, Jerome and all the Maintenance staff, Kitchen/ wait staff and Environmental Services. What a wonderful team you guys have! My dad was a resident for several weeks for respite care. From beginning to end, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff went out of their way to accommodate him on short notice, providing all the essentials he would need without us having to move in a bunch of furniture for just a short stay. Moved my father in on very short medical notice! They were wonderful. Staff is pleasant Darlene and Tina! Medical team that we had encounters with was great especially Carole !!!!My father really enjoyed living here. 1 star taken away due to food . Just wasn’t the right fit for my father. I heard the food service has better themselves since ! My Dad made lasting friends there!
