Absolutely disgusting and appalling behavior displayed from American House and their employees. There is absolutely no empathy. They only see their residents as dollar signs. My grandmother and grandfather are not paying $8000 a month to have their safety and comfort discarded so callously. They are paying to live in a 2x2. My family and I would like to highly compliment a few employees at American House Sarasota. All four of these employees: Med techs , Gabby, Fanny, and Yeily are absolutely wonderful. All 3 are so caring, perform their job duties perfectly, very personable. They all are so great with my mom- they love her and my mom loves them! They truly care about the people who live here.
