A Currier, I have had a great experience here at American House, the residents are friendly and the staff is helpful and caring. There are many activities and entertainment. I would recommend it to anyone.
American House is a wonderful place to live. All the staff from the front office, food, cleaning, maintenance, and medical team are all very friendly. They look out for the residents and treat them like family. My father loves living there. And we have peace of mind knowing he is in great hands.
I have worked at American House Grand Blanc for almost 2 years and have enjoyed the experience tremendously! I have enjoyed the individuals that I work with, they are helpful and fun to work with. Especially the ladies in the front office, they go above and beyond to make sure that we, as employees are able to thrive in our positions. But also to ensure that the residents are given the best experience while living here! It’s a wonderful place to work!
My mom has been at American House almost 10 years. Have had no issues, totally satisfied. Great care, amazing food, and lots of activities plus personal transportation for doctors, banking, etc if needed. Medical team on site. She is 98 and I'm hoping she will be able to live her remaining life here. This is her home. The staff is incredible, from front office to dining to housekeeping etc.
The staff is wonderful! They always help us out in whatever jam I get myself in. We do lots of fun activities and I enjoy all of them. I also am able to get my hair done in the community.
