My mom has been living at the American House for almost 2 years. It was going to be a temporary stay while she recovered, however, she wanted to stay permanently. Many events plan to keep the residents socially engaged. They have a number of outings monthly. They now have a medical company that provides care so any tests such as bloodwork, ultrasound, X-ray can be done on site. A NP visits monthly and more if needed. My mom is happy living there and it’s been a weight off my shoulders knowing she is cared for there.
Great place to live. Office and kitchen staff amazing.
American House has been a wonderful home for my aunt, and we are so grateful for the warm and caring environment. One of the highlights for our family is the monthly themed dinner nights they host for residents and their families. The food is always delicious, the decorations are thoughtful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the evening special.
