Their patient support staff (24/7) are clueless on how to take care of the elderly except for 1-2 ladies who are wonderful. When you push your alarm it could take 30-40 mins for them to come help you. They do not go out of their way to assist seniors. If you are healty than it's a great place to be but if you need 24/7 patient support I wouldn't go there. Food is just ok to bad. Facility is very clean
