I am a visiting nurse, this is my favorite building. The staff is amazing. The build is a great community.
Rude to staff
We just recently moved my mother in law into Southgate American House and she loves it. I had been looking for the right place for her for months and found it here. When I went in for the tour Jacob,Nicole, and Sherice(sorry not sure correct spelling) were so kind and helpful. They really put me at ease. The residents were also very friendly and helpful. This is a terrible place I don't recommend. My mom who is in her 80s is lonely and sad. She got woken up at 4 in the morning for no reason. She is getting old and needs her sleep. She has also got told that she is crabby and people don't want to be around her. Ever if this is true, you don't say that to someone. I was very angry about this. She also need medicine in the morning at a peculiar time and she has been getting is an hour late.
