My mother passed away Tuesday she had been at American House for 4 months. She was treated very well with kindness and understanding. I would highly recommend to any family that wants that kind of treatment
If your loved one needs help taking their medications - AVOID THIS PLACE! Their corporate office has made the financial decision to staff the bare minimum skill level required for med techs in an assisted living facility. Plus the med tech employees mostly use English as a second language - so prone to possible miscommunication. We moved our mother because of this corporate decision - we did not trust there was accuracy in med dispensing.
