My mom has been at Autumn Leaves since October of 2024. It has been a great experience and she is thriving there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are so kind to both my mom and our family. We visit at all times of day, and different days of the week, and are always so pleased upon our arrival to see her engaged in various activities suited to her stage of dementia. I am so very pleased with my mom’s care at Autumn Leaves! The staff is so kind to her and really keep up with everything needed. I have received phone calls whenever I should be informed and that is so commendable. Very much appreciate that they suggested hospice palliative care when they tried to get a sore healed up on her heel. (Hospice has a special caregiver there Monday thru Friday).
