Our family’s experience with Autumn Leaves was devastating. On most visits, we witnessed our elderly mother in an unconscious state nearly 80% of the time. Nurses routinely dismissed this, saying she was simply “tired.” In reality, she was being administered PRN medications without our consent, leaving her heavily sedated.
