We moved my aunt to this location and each time I go see her I am grateful to see how well cared for she is. She is making new friends and enjoying the activities. On my recent visit, I had a chance to speak to Scott Moyer, the maintenance director and he kindly answered all of my questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he directed me to the right person to ask. I am truly grateful to all of the staff for their care of my aunt. She feels safe and happy and that means so much to our family.
I personally just want to say how great the activities are. How involved and intune the staff are with the residents. Akil is definitely someone who should be recognized for all his hard work i continue to witness from him. He is very polite and respectful. Keep up the hard work young man!

I am so happy I moved my parents into Coconut Point American House! The Maintenance Director Scott Moyer went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were heard and assisted in placing proper safety measures “per my standards”. Everyone is super friendly and helpful in making us all feel like family besides just my parents. I highly recommend American House, Coconut Point location to all concerned family members about the elderly family members.
Whenever I go to visit my mom Tina the residents and her coworkers cannot say enough amazing things about her! My mom’s passion for her job and what she’s able to do for her resident is something I hope I display in my character. I love to see the gratitude and genuine appreciation they have for someone so special to me.
