My grandpa stays here, and the experience has been disappointing. Food is always served cold and takes far too long to arrive. When they ask to heat it up they come back 25 minutes later with their microwaved plate. It can also take a long time to get assistance when it is needed. Overall, the service and responsiveness have been poor. We have complained to the administrators and so has he. I would not recommend this location
Leticia Matias is a great caregiver i know when she is working on her floor everything gets communicated. Resident are happy. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT WHEN SHE IS WORKING THANKS TISH!!!
Every time I visit American House Coconut Point I have a good experience. Maria Familo at the front desk is always so helpful to me. She goes above and beyond her duties to try and make my day easier and I appreciate that immensely!
