Can't speak for their products but I called to ask about a medication and they put the pharmacist on the phone. He was very short and rude to me, dismissed my question as if I were asking for steroids, and didn't even know what the medication was that I was asking about. Very unprofessional to say the least.
I have been using this lab since 2008 for both specially compounded thyroid medication and bioidentical hormone replacement. They have been responsive and responsible with my prescriptions. I trust their staff and the quality of their products. I changed doctors in 2012 and my new doctor uses and initially recommended a different lab. The quality is top-notch and works much better for my body than any of the synthetic Thyroid brands I'd taken.
