I messed up my schedule due to the holiday. Frank was very understanding and very professional. He showed up on time and had suggestions for my needs. American Horizon is recommended.
I am so happy my landlord found Frank. When I moved into my house, there was a smell when I turned on the living room ceiling fan.I told my landlord of the smell, he reached out to the roofing company that had put a new roof on his house a couple years back and asked the roofer if he had a recommendation of someone who could clean out the attic and put in new insulation. So i spoke to this guy, and we scheduled for 7-7:30 pm. I’m not sure what time he got there, but when I called him at 7:09 pm. He said he left already. And I asked him for what reason. He said i never showed up to the scheduled we agreed on. So he left. I gave him my address on the text message. But never attempted to even go to my house and rang the door bell. He was very rude and sarcastic..I wouldn’t recommend this company. Very rude to customer.
