We purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot EX-L from Jones Honda and we did not know it had a pre-existing condition even before we drove car off of lot. The whole inside of the front had to be ripped out because of the HVAC unit, the seats, dash, steering wheel, air bags, center console, etc. The Sales Manager Nick who is a pure Christian and the Honda Rep were very rude.. This is my personal experience with salesman Delavan Mair - absolutely wonderful! I purchased my Honda Pilot in Sept 2025 but had been working with Delavan since July 2025. We would correspond back and forth because I had a specific price point that I needed to adhere to. He was NEVER pushy, always so caring, patient, and polite. Every time I have had a question of a problem I can depend on Larry Reeves, salesman, to go to. When I had warranty questions or even a recall question about the parts arrival Larry was the man to go to. He knew who to speak to get answers and/or date of possible resolution of my problem. I had a good experience at Larry H. Miller Honda in Murray Utah. I worked with Sina initially and others (Brad Hurd, Kelly Allen etc.) Sina was great and got me into the perfect car. Everyone was very attentive and professional. The hard part was the waiting but that’s part of purchasing a new car. Brad went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best deal, and Kelly in the financial office was great to work with too. I love my new car - and want to thanks the sales team at Larry H. I work for a local shop and we needed to send a 1.5 t crv 2018 for a ecu re flash. i called to speak to someone from service and was hung up on and yelled for simply asking how to bring the car in for service. i will never be calling or sending any more buisness to dean honda i can promise that.
