American Honda in San Ramon has the poorest customer service ever, and it has taken then over a year to release the lein on my car so that I can have a clear title for registration and to sell the car..... Shame on supervisor Toni Rawlins for her very poor lack of concern and failure to admit their numerous errors...... instead I was put on the endless hold in which I had time to write this post, and write a complaint to the better business bureau in San Ramon, CA......
