Happy with our house.Great work from begin to end! But when time to move in the communication was awful & put up in a terrible situation! Never told the appraiser let the paperwork on the counter & American Homes didn’t tell us what needed to be done. We could not get into to read what needed to be changed before moving in & getting the info from AH was tough. No follow up from our sales rep what so ever like most people had once moved in.
Stopped in last fall told them of our interest and they stated they would not deliver to glen Flora area
