It appears that American Title Made a mistake during my closing. It deeded a property that was not included in the sale of my home. The property was also not on the Realtors sales contract. Both the buyer and myself have agreed to sign corrective paperwork. American has rarely responded to any request, including legal for nearly 8 months. It appears that I will have to take them to court over this. Proceed with caution with this company. They may give your property away and do nothing about it.
I have worked with American Homeland Title as a contract closer for several years. This is a first rate operation that is very efficient. They are very prompt with payment. I would be happy to close for them anytime!
I work with American Homeland Title in Brown, Adams, Highland and Clinton county when I can. They have a lot of work and are always looking for good closers to add to their team. Their packages are clean and easy to work with and they pay promptly. Glad I found them!
