I really wanted to like and and recommend this business. But, my overall experience after the sale has been quite underwhelming. Proceed with extreme caution. The homes are nothing close to the quality they like to portray. If you do buy, do yourself a favor avoid the upgrades, they aren't worth it. You can get better quality for less including installation elsewhere. Note: They also like to threaten to sue for slander if you say anything bad about them. Even if it's true and can be backed with evidence.
Check out their latest homes they are selling. 2000+ sq ft single level is beautiful. Huge master bath, awesome kitchen with huge walk-in pantry. You have to see it for yourself.
