I tried to cancel my plan and the customer representative tried to guilt trip me and use scare tactics… Worst company by far and should be shut down for unethical business practices.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! Don't waste your money. They lie about coverage. You have a 125 deductible however it is taxed. So it is actually 140. They nonqualified techs to your home.then say oh well when the issue is not corrected

I’ve been a customer of AHS for eight years. While the service was generally acceptable early on, my experience over the past couple of years has been increasingly disappointing. For example, two years ago, my HVAC system stopped working. It took over a week for a technician to become available.
