Have had the warranty for a few years and this is the second claim (first claim where a repair vs replacement) I’ve ever filed. AHS has opted to send Sears technicians five times over the course of almost three weeks instead of covering the replacement of a washer that is likely a decade old. Maaaaaaaan They are useless. A complete rip off. Family listen...PLEASE STAY WITH IF THIS SEEM LENGTHY. ITS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING THEM My gas tankless water heater has a leak and from the leak it pretty much fried the unit. Called American Home Shield and had a contractor contact me the next day. This is a Tuesday and they couldn't get anyone out til Friday. So Friday come they come out to tell me I need a new HWH. Have spent months on the same problem with a Samsung dishwasher American home shield is incompetent. One technician got blood all over the unit and didn’t clean it up left the scene and claimed that he had completed the job and it was never fixed. Still waiting on a technician to fix three months later. Don’t waste your time with this company waste of money waste of time.

They lie. They literally won’t leave your house, until you give them a review. Multiple times my property management has used these clowns to do repairs on our rental. And multiple times these FRAUD artists told them they completed the job—they never even stepped foot on my property. I got ring camera logs to prove it. Don’t give them money. They will cheat you for MONTHS AND MONTHS, before not doing the repair. I’d rather hire HOMEDEPOT workers than this bull. 1 star reviews are too nice. We’d give 0 if we could.
