Scam. They hired a plumber to replace my water heater but won't pay for the parts the go along with it, only the heater. Now they say i need to pay two grand out of pocket to replace my water heater that's covered under warranty. Even taking the conversation to their top supervisor they pretty much said "tough, deal with it". They're choosing to interpret what a "modification" is to their benefit. Don't waste your money.
Horrible experience. They love taking your money and deny all your basic claims. I would not recommend this company. They dont care about their clients and are running the company into the ground.
They charge you $100 to submit a request and then they deny covering the cost. It’s basically a racket where they rake money off you and feed you hungry non-competitively bidded contractors. Their service contract says only animal damage and weather are not covered, but when you actually use the service a whole bunch of other undocumented reasons are used for denying service. For example I had a ceiling fan signal receiver die out- it’s a 20’year old fan so it’s reasonable wear and tear and specifically not animal or weather... read more
This company is dishonest, causes repair delays, requires multiple follow-ups for any account or repair details and costs more than they actually allow to be put towards repairs. My family has been waiting on an approved refund for over 6 months after confirming their service was un-useful after paying in advance. This is one of the worst companies we have ever worked with!
